Package Overview
4N Makkah · 2N Madinah 4 Star with Shuttle Private Car Transfers Umrah Visa Included

A Private, Fully Customized Umrah — Without Premium Hotel Rates

This 6 Nights Budget Umrah Package is built around your own dates, not a fixed group departure. You get four nights in Makkah and two in Madinah — enough time to perform Umrah at your own pace, complete the ziyarat circuit, and perform a second Umrah from Ayesha Mosque, before moving on to Madinah for prayers at Masjid an-Nabawi.

You stay at Voco Hotel, Makkah and Season Star Hotel, Madinah — comfortable 4 star hotels with a regular shuttle bus to the Haram. That is what keeps this package affordable: the hotels sit a short ride out rather than at the doorstep.

Every transfer is a private car for you alone — airport pickup, both ziyarat tours, the Makkah to Madinah journey, and your departure drop. Your Umrah visa is handled from application to approval.

Best For

Couples, families and first-time pilgrims travelling from India or abroad who want a customized, private Umrah at a sensible price.

Not Ideal For

Anyone who wants to walk to the Haram. For hotels within walking distance, see our Premium Umrah Packages.

Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrival & Check-in at Makkah

Day 1 +
You are met at the airport and driven to Makkah in a private car — no shared shuttle, no waiting for other passengers. After check-in at Voco Hotel, the rest of the day is yours to perform Umrah at your own pace, whenever you feel ready.

Makkah Ziyarat

Day 2 +
After breakfast, a private car takes you on the Makkah ziyarat circuit:
  • Jabal al-Rahmah
  • Mina, Muzdalifah & Arafat
  • Masjid Nimrah
  • Cave of Hira & Cave of Thawr
  • Jannat al-Mu'alla
  • Masjid al-Jinn
Approx. 2–2.5 hours, mostly touch-and-go

Second Umrah via Ayesha Mosque

Day 3 +
After breakfast, a private car is arranged to take you to Ayesha Mosque (Masjid Aisha) to enter into ihram and make your niyat for a second Umrah. The car then drops you back at the Haram to complete it.

Day at Leisure in Makkah

Day 4 +
A free day in Makkah. Spend it in the Haram, rest at the hotel, or explore at your own pace — there is no fixed schedule to keep up with.

Makkah to Madinah by Private Car

Day 5 +
After breakfast, you travel from Makkah to Madinah by private car, leaving at a time that suits you. On arrival, check in at Season Star Hotel and settle in before visiting Masjid an-Nabawi.

After breakfast, a private car takes you on the Madinah ziyarat circuit:
  • Jannat al-Baqi
  • Jabal Uhud
  • Masjid Quba
  • Masjid al-Qiblatain

Frequently Asked Questions

How far are the hotels from the Haram?

+
Both hotels in this package are 4 star properties a short drive from the Haram, with regular shuttle bus service to Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid an-Nabawi in Madinah. This is what keeps this package more affordable than our Premium and Luxury tiers, where hotels are within walking distance.

Is 6 nights enough for Umrah?

+
Yes. Six nights gives you four nights in Makkah — enough to perform Umrah at a comfortable pace, complete the ziyarat circuit, and even perform a second Umrah from Ayesha Mosque — plus two nights in Madinah. If you would like longer, we also offer 8 and 10 night versions of this package, or we can build a completely custom duration around your dates.

Is this really a private package, or will we join a group?

+
Completely private. You will not be placed with a group at any point. Every transfer is a private vehicle for you and your travel companions only, and every ziyarat is arranged for you alone. There is no fixed departure date to fit into — the entire itinerary is built around your dates.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

+
Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Hotels in Makkah and Madinah run very full through most of the year, so early check-in and late check-out are genuinely difficult to secure and we cannot promise them. If your flight arrives early in the morning or departs late at night, tell us and we will do our best — but please plan on the standard timings.

What about food beyond breakfast?

+
Breakfast is included at both hotels. For lunch and dinner there is plenty around the Haram — well-known international brands, large food courts, and local restaurants. We would encourage you to explore the local food; it is part of the experience. That said, if you would rather have home-style meals, we can arrange a tiffin service that delivers to your hotel.

How long does the Umrah visa take?

+
Once we have all your documents, the Umrah visa usually takes 4 to 5 working days. Processing can be slower close to Ramadan, so we recommend starting early. We handle the entire process from application to approval.

What documents are required for the Umrah visa?

+
You will need:
  • Confirmed return flight bookings
  • Nusuk approved hotel booking voucher
  • Nusuk approved transport booking voucher
  • Passport size photograph
The hotel and transport vouchers are issued by us as part of your booking, so in practice you only need to provide your flight bookings and photograph.

Can this package be customized?

+
Yes, and most of our travellers do customize. You can change the number of nights, split them differently between Makkah and Madinah, upgrade to hotels closer to the Haram, or add extra services. The packages shown here are starting points, not fixed products.

Are flights included?

+
International flights are not included in the package price, so you are free to book the routing and airline you prefer. We are happy to advise on convenient flight options and can help coordinate your arrival and departure timings with your transfers.

What is 2% TCS and will I get it back?

+
TCS is Tax Collected at Source, a government levy on overseas travel spending. It is not a fee we charge and we do not keep it. You claim it back when filing your income tax return, where it is adjusted against your tax liability.

What are the payment terms?

+
We work with flexible payment options rather than asking for the full amount upfront. Exact terms depend on your travel dates and how close to departure you book — message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through it clearly, with no hidden charges.
